**About the Job**:
- Answer and direct phone calls from our clients-
- Greet clients in person - this is where your Customer Service skills will shine-
- Prepare / send / distribute mail-
- Maintain reception area, boardrooms, kitchen and other common areas-
- Order supplies and organize storage area**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education would be a benefit but not a prerequisite
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as in a receptionist role is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook specifically
- Proffessional attitude
- Must have Cloud or VOIP phone system experience
- Strong English, both spoken and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in office from 9 am -5 pm, Mon
- Fri
