Concord, Canada ProBusiness Tax & Accounting Full time

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient or client information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience working as a receptionist in a dental or medical office is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Salary**: $16.55-$23.94 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

- Concord, ON L4K 3Y4 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 3Y4: Relocate before starting work (required)
