**Job Summary**:
Provides quality customer service and identifies resources needed to complete orders. Processes and tracks customer orders. Manages incoming and outgoing inventory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately manages order processing according to special instructions.
- Creates required documentation for orders.
- Ensures timely and cost efficient shipping on all orders.
- Generates reports and reviews data to ensure accurate pricing.
- Prepares and submits purchase requisitions.
- Reviews customer invoices.
- Oversee reception area; answering and directing calls in a professional manner, greet visitors
- Sales order entry
- Invoicing
- Issue Debit and Credit notes as required
- PO’s; Freight and raw material
- Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supplies
- Release carriers
- Month end closing procedures
- Generate and maintain other reports as required
- Participates in inventory audits as required.
- Prepares bank deposit summaries.
- Maintains accurate price books and initiates price increases to ensure they are implemented in the invoicing system as assigned.
- Filing
- Assist with accounting duties
- Assist with other duties as needed
- Complete tasks as assigned by the General Manager
**Job Qualifications**:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Business Management or equivalent required.
- Must have basis knowledge of accounting functions and/or accounting experience
- Three years related customer service experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
