Sales Administrative Assistant

**SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**
Concord Premium Meats LTD.
Concord, ON
**Location**: Concord, Ontario (in-person position)
**Type of Employment**: Full-time and part-time hours, Monday - Friday, 24 month contract
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and ship product samples
- Assist with covering overflow in the Sales Department when required
- Collaborate with various internal departments to successfully complete projects as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail - including arranging courier services (i.e. FedEx, Canada Post, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve matters within the department
- Occasional receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring visitor policies are followed, managing incoming telephone calls, and ensuring reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office systems (strong computer skills)
- Must be comfortable with physical work (ex. Lifting, carrying, and moving boxes of product and materials)
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible, able to pivot between projects, and multitask effectively
- Previous work experience in the food industry is an asset
- Previous working experience with the GS1/1 World Sync system is a strong asset
- Must be comfortable and capable of working against deadlines
- Strong time management skills
**Background Check Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
