**Job title**:VP of Sales & Marketing

**Reporting to**:CEO/COO

**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Salary range**:65,000-85,000

**Responsibilities**:
**Growth Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals to expand the company's market presence and profitability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align growth objectives with the overall corporate vision and mission.
- Identify new market opportunities, assess market trends, and drive market penetration strategies.

**Brand & Marketing**:

- Lead the sales & marketing function in creating and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience to increase brand awareness and consumer acquisition.
- Continue to build and strengthen the brand identity of our diverse portfolio, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence in business domains.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.

**Corporate Communications**
- Develop a corporate communication strategy aligned to our vision, mission and values.
- Develop an internal communication plan aligned with both the Business and People strategy.
- Develop and implement PR and media plan.
- Assist CEO in personal branding.

**Consumer & Category Insights**:

- Oversee data analysis and market research efforts to gain insights into consumer preferences and category trends
- Utilize consumer insights to guide product development and marketing strategies
- Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly

**Leadership & Team**:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth
- Create a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports individual and team success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they meet their performance targets

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Admin.
- 8+ years of experience in sales or marketing management role.
- B2C experience in education or consulting industry is a plus.
- History of escalating sales or marketing leadership roles.
- Determination with a “We find way” mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
