VP Infrastructure Sales Director

ScalePad is a market-leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, headquartered in three major Canadian cities. As VP of Corporate Sales, you will drive new customer acquisition and lead a growing team of 40 sales professionals focused on expanding our market reach and accelerating growth.
You will develop high-impact sales strategies, cultivate a high-performance solution-selling culture, and represent ScalePad in the IT Services channel. Your role will involve owning the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition (NCA)
- Owning the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals
- Providing accurate sales forecasts to the executive team and board of directors
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team
- Sales Operations: Develop and manage sales targets, growth metrics, and KPIs to drive revenue goals
- Represent ScalePad in the IT Services channel, engaging with partners, the partner advisory council (PAC), marketing programs, and various communities
