Your Role:As the Vice President of Sales at ScalePad, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team responsible for driving new customer acquisition (NCA). You will lead a growing team of 40 sales professionals focused on expanding our market reach and accelerating growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
- Cultivate a high-performance solution-selling culture across the sales team.
- Represent ScalePad in the IT Services channel, engaging with partners, the partner advisory council (PAC), marketing programs, and various communities.
- 10+ years of experience in developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop sales professionals.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
