The _VP of Enterprise Sales_ will be an integral part of our senior management team, providing strategic sales direction and leadership to promote exciting growth of Comm100. This role will be accountable for expanding our sales team, growing overall sales performance, profitable achievement of sales goals, and aligning sales objectives with company business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, hire, train, coach and manage a team of Business Development and Enterprise Account Executives in the Higher Education vertical
- Develop sales processes, plans and strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target
- Work with marketing and management to define positioning, targeting, pricing and messaging
- Monitor key performance metrics relating to revenue, sales growth profit, cost of sale and market share
- Provide market insight for management and product team
- Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities
- Work closely with management team to ensure alignment across company goals and excel at cross-functional collaboration
- Other related tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior sales management roles in a B2B environment, in SaaS with a revenue of at least $10M
- Experiences in the higher education or government space is desired
- Proven track record of building sales plans that increased profit and revenue
- Successful experience in positioning and targeting, and managing a outbound team
- Results-oriented leader who is able to set goals with all stakeholders to increase revenue
- Successfully defined and implemented sales process to improve visibility and team performance
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on to get results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $120,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
