We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in understanding clients' business needs, promoting our software solutions, and ensuring client success and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our software solutions effectively.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our software offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to address client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and develop a strong professional network.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of one (3) year related experience in software sales or relevant role in the real estate.
- Experience selling enterprise-level software solutions and managing complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Superior computer skills; proficient with CRMs.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills as well as presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes.
- Impeccable time management and priority setting skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person.
- The confidence to speak effectively with a range of business leaders as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that real estate companies encounter every day.
