As a Strategic Account Executive, you will generate sales with new and existing clients. You will be part of the “ Promote ” Broker Sales Team focusing on the products  Real Estate CRM Real Estate Websites HomeSpotter : (Boost, Spacio, Connect),  Cloud CMA  and more. The ideal candidate has the drive to exceed sales quotas and hit accelerators. You will own the relationships with major real estate brands, as well as internal and external stake holders. To succeed here you must be detail-oriented and extremely motivated. For the right candidate, growth potential is virtually unlimited. Skills & Requirements

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience required.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years related experience in software sales or relevant role in the real estate.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

Actively develop opportunities, and mastering the basic skills of discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals. Manage sales activities; calls, web meetings, and email communication to achieve successful engagement through relationship building and negotiation. Have an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning. Actively research, develop, and perform detailed remote product demonstrations. Regularly communicate your activity; provide feedback on personal performance challenges and opportunities to get better. Participate in group and one-on-one coaching sessions to hone your skills. Build relationships cross-functionally with team members across the entire sales organization. Superior computer skills; proficient with CRMs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable time management and priority setting skills. Demonstrable capabilities and value of software products in virtual settings and in person. The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that real estate companies encounter every day.
