**Responsibilities**:
**Account Setup and Rollout**:

- Assist the National Account Manager in setting up new accounts and facilitating their smooth rollout.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

**Customer Support and Complaint Handling**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with quoting smaller quick-turn inside sales quotes.

**Database Management**:

- Maintain a comprehensive customer database using spreadsheets.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on account details, contacts, and interactions.
- Update customer dashboards or other client reporting.

**Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**:

- Regularly review and update customer SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders.

**Liaison with National/Strategic Accounts**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for our national and strategic accounts.
- Coordinate with property managers and other key contacts within these accounts.

**Monthly Inspection Work Orders**:

- Release and manage monthly inspection work orders for assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely execution and follow-up.

**Collaboration with Branches**:

- Liaise with branches within Global Building Facilities (GBF) to confirm schedule dates and address inspection deficiencies.
- Facilitate efficient communication and resolution.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records on spreadsheets related to inspections, service orders, and quotes.
- Quote deficiencies promptly based on inspection reports.

**Supplier Coordination**:

- Reach out to GBF suppliers to obtain pricing and quotes for repairs or deficiencies.
- Collaborate with the GBF sales department as needed.

**Work Order Management**:

- Enter work orders as required, ensuring timely processing.
- Release purchase orders (POs) upon receipt and update work orders accordingly.

**Feedback and Prioritization**:

- Gather and communicate customer feedback to the National/Strategic Account Manager.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Degreed in business, marketing, or related degree, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strategic Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in maintaining accurate records and following procedures.
- Multitasking: Comfortable handling various responsibilities simultaneously.

**Physical Requirements**:
