As our French/English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will sell, support, and manage maintenance and support for existing Sage customers. To thrive, you must work with different teams of motivated and highly talented members who work across many channels to ensure the success of our customers and maximize revenue for Sage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage conversations with prospective accounts to build a relationship, determine needs for the product, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Manage time appropriately to ensure that SPE productivity standards and KPIs are met regularly.
- Understand competitive offerings and counter strategies.
- Demonstrate ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications:

- Excellent French & English communication skills in writing, speaking, and active listening.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to converse with and influence decision-makers.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the expected OTE range for this role is $73,333.33 - $89,785.00 OTE includes base salary and commission, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.
