**About the Role**
**Position Details**
- Status: Full-Time
- Location: Calgary, AB.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for the Service Desk.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, ensuring systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
**Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience**:
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with users at all levels.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, with a good understanding of past and current hardware technologies.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management or ticketing systems for managing incidents and service requests.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL/Cobit, CompTIA, or MCSE are advantageous.
- A diploma in a computer-related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role is an asset.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally to remote sites as needed.
