**The Opportunity (Toronto, Hybrid)**
As a Revenue Operations Manager at Carbon6, you'll be the linchpin for our Partnerships and Customer Success teams, providing the insights, frameworks, and data they need to grow and succeed. Your role is pivotal in shaping the strategy and operations that drive revenue growth.
**Your Impact**:
- Dashboards: You'll build intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting: Regularly compile and present reports that offer valuable insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Data-driven insights: Dive deep into data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Process design: Design and optimize processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction in the customer lifecycle.
- Tech stack champion: Manage and optimize the technology stack used by Sales and Customer Success, ensuring tools are up-to-date and meet business needs. Champion the use of NetSuite CRM within Carbon6 and contributing directly to the evolution of the CRM to meet the needs of the team and the business
- Helping our team: Servicing internal customers (leadership, sales, finance, marketing, etc) to help provide intelligence on the business, understand our processes, and take feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Set up, standardize, and constantly refine processes for maximum efficiency and scalability. You will foster a climate of innovation and continuous improvement, always seeking smarter, faster ways to deliver outstanding results. Your passion for tweaking and refining will set the beat for continuous improvement.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Proven Experience: High level of comfort and experience in dynamic, fast growing teams. Bonus points for experience working with partnerships and customer success teams and process design and improvement
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating various software and tech tools, making you the go-to person for tech stack management. You have extensive experience with the use and continual improvements of a CRM implementation (note: we use NetSuite CRM, but NetSuite proficiency is not a dealbreaker)
- Adaptability: Adapt swiftly to new tools, technologies, and business processes. You absorb information like a sponge, putting newfound knowledge into action with lightning speed, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve.
- Organizational Skills: Your organizational prowess enables you to manage multiple projects with ease. No detail escapes you. You are committed to precision, maintaining a clear and ordered workflow.
- Decision-Making: You have a strong track record of making informed, timely decisions and driving a project to its completion. You are comfortable making the call to move things along quickly with less information than ideal. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and you have a track record of exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances
- Expert relationship builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you are able to work effectively with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders and you know how to tailor your message to your audience in all mediums. People can’t help but feel connected to you and you have a way of making people feel confident you’re on their side and will do whatever it takes to do right by them.
- Systems thinker: You have a knack for seeing the bigger picture and understand how individual components interact to form a whole. You can foresee the downstream impacts of decisions made today and you use these to inform your approach on everything you work on. You understand when it’s the right time to build fast and scrappy, or slow to scale, and how to balance these things to meet both short
