The Senior Revenue Manager plays a vital role in supporting two to three hotels in the Americas, driving revenue growth through effective revenue management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create annual budgets and monthly forecasts for rooms occupancy, ADR, and revenue
  • Interpret business analytics to inform tactical strategies and improve performance
  • Manage inventory through various distribution channels for optimal availability
  • Develop and implement optimal pricing strategies and analysis
  • Build consensus within the Revenue Strategy Team to drive new initiatives forward

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and submitting hotel forecasts using the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System and monitoring accuracy on a weekly basis. You will also lead the implementation of total revenue management business analytics and opportunities, partnering with operations to measure results.

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong understanding of spreadsheets, pivot tables, and database use. A degree in Revenue Management, Hotel/Lodging Management, or Business Administration is required, along with at least five years of experience in revenue management and/or hotel operations.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Revenue Management, Hotel/Lodging Management, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management and/or hotel operations
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Enterprise, IDeaS G3 Revenue Management, TravelClick, Lighthouse, and Opera PMS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to condense complex data into meaningful strategy

This is a remote role, and we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
