**What you’ll do**

This role will be a resource for managers and employees across the organization in the areas of Absence Management including disability claims, occupational claims, medical accommodations, and all legislated leaves of absence.
- Receive and review Injury/Illness Incident reports
- Submit reportable claims to a 3rd party vendor
- Liaise between our external case management service providers, internal stakeholders and our internal managers and employees
- Respond to managers/employees through Workday cases
- Update Workday to initiate leave (paid and unpaid) and return to work actions
- Provide cross-functional support to the Absence team

**What you bring**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience with Worker’s Compensation claims
- Knowledge of Workday would be an asset
- Bilingual; verbal and written (English/French) an asset
