**Position Description**:
We are currently looking for a Health Absence Management Program (HAMP) Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the HAMP Team and all staff at SickKids.

**Here¿s What You¿ll Get To Do**
- Coordinating intake referrals: Process all new self-referrals including verification for eligibility of intake, establishing electronic files and program pages to prepare file documentation for Case Manager and manage various tracking spreadsheets. Provide individualized assistance to managers and employees for manual intake bookings as needed.
- Completing and tracking necessary change forms as requested by case managers.
- Managing all PHI in accordance with current legislation and hospital policy.
- Maintaining electronic files, in accordance with team procedures.
- Preparing files for legal requests.
- Assisting with incident reporting and WSIB claim management and maintaining excel spreadsheets for WSIB claim reconciliation and third-party cost reconciliation.
- Processing of invoices for reimbursement for completion of medical documentation.
- Maintaining Occupational Health Physician¿s appointment calendar.
- Ensuring distribution of paper or electronic mail, including date stamping.
- Running a disability management report biweekly and assist manager in running data queries from PeopleSoft.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Providing temporary administrative coverage for Occupational Health Clinic team when required (e.g. vacation or illness).

**Here¿s What You¿ll Need**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or office administration or combination of experience and education
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Experience using Adobe Professional
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in an detail oriented, accurate, efficient and organized manner
- Ability to anticipate and proactively address opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work well independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, work environment with many interruptions and multiple priorities
