Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively..
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.30-$16.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development and Sales: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)

Work Location: On the road
