Business Development Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven track record of success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of software industry trends and technologies
- Ability to understand medical/scientific terminology relative to study type
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
