As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and engaging with a diverse range of properties.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Pearle Hospitality's brand identity and goals.
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to edit and enhance visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update content on WordPress-based websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all online platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate business information on platforms such as OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Google, WeddingWire, and other relevant sites.
- Coordinate with property managers and staff to gather information for accurate and engaging online listings and profiles.
- Ensure that all information, images, and details on external platforms are consistent with the brand's identity and current offerings.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to gather feedback and insights from guest interactions on online platforms, helping to refine marketing strategies and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a liaison between different properties within the Pearle Hospitality portfolio, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, promotions, and special campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyalty.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting prowess.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing marketing materials.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques.
