**Super Sucker Hydro Vac Services** is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated **Project Coordinator** to ensure seamless project execution, maintain client relations, and contribute to the successful delivery of our construction projects.

**JOB DETAILS**:
**Status**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Hours**: 42.5/Week (Monday - Friday)
**Location**: Ancaster, ON. (In Person)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in project management or related field of study.
- Prior administrative experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Project Forepersons and site crews to develop and execute in line with the project schedule and timeline.
- Collaborate with Sales team and Project Manager during project pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts; improve client product/service utilization.
- Oversee project invoicing and ensure timely receivables collection.
- Review daily project’s production, cost, and schedule; use KPI reports for efficiency.
- Assist in initiating project direction and communication.
- Daily coordination of project tasks post-award, including client communication, liaising with project supervisors, coordinating equipment dispatch, and ensuring orientation and training requirements.
- Help nurture relationships with both new and existing clientele.
- Aid in preparing project bids for timely and accurate submissions.
