Production and Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Production And Warehouse Manager to join our real estate team You will be responsible for overseeing, organizing and as a team member executing the preparation and staging of the homes we sell.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and communicate the daily activities of the production staff
- Delegate production work to team members
- Keep track of inventory and purchase as needed.
- Inspect, care and prepare all staging furniture at warehouse
- Load and move staging furniture
- Stage and prepare properties for market
**Qualities**:
- Extremely organized
- Physically fit and able to lift and move light furniture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable driving moving van and driving around the GTA.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ancaster, ON L9G 4V5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
