**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and listings.
- Create a monthly newsletter including local updates, events, current listings and more.
- Maintain and organize property listings, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to support pricing strategies and property marketing efforts.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and processing paperwork.
- Manage lawn sign installation and removal
- Cold-calling and door knocking including personally inviting people to Open Houses and other events

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or customer service role; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Having your real estate license would be a huge benefit, but not a requirement
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Background in property management is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $18.49-$25.10 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
