**Job Title: Executive & Personal Assistant**(part-time and full-time available)
**About the Role**:
As executive assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic leader and his corresponding network of executives, team members and advisors, in addition to learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship, business startups, real estate, and investing. You’ll have direct access to learn from an executive sitting in leadership and advisory roles with company operations spanning across the country. Day-to-day you’ll have daily touch points with the executive to align on priorities and objectives, and support with tasks such as inbox and calendar management, general administrative duties, collaborating with teams and vendors, research projects, and the development of project documents.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage and schedule the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- **Personal Support**:
- Assist with personal scheduling, including appointments, family events, and travel.
- Handle personal errands, shopping, and research tasks as needed.
- Coordinate household management tasks, such as vendor services or personal commitments.
- Manage personal finances, bill payments, and reimbursements.
- Plan and organize personal events or special occasions.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize both professional and personal files, documents, and records.
- Assist with project management tasks and help prioritize deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Over two years of experience in administrative or assistant capacities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets/Docs, etc.) and basic AI prompting proficiency (ChatGPT and/or Google Gemini).
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to pass applicable background checks.
This position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual who can handle both professional and personal responsibilities with discretion and ease.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
