- A desire for a long term career, and proven successful experience as either an Administrative or Personal Assistant (preferably both)
- Proficiency with office productivity tools
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Powerful leadership skills and business orientation
- Reliable and able to consistently complete tasks with little direction
- Skilled on all social media platforms, as well as Canva
- A warm & positive attitude, up for any task or challenge
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excels in productivity and time management
- Extremely strong organization & prioritization skills, as well as a very strong attention to detail

- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with daily correspondence, phone calls, and Instagram messages
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Taking notes at all meetings
- Managing inventory databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Responsible for monthly bookkeeping & data entry
- Assist with buying & inventory control
- Assist with HR paperwork
- Assist with payroll & scheduling
- Support social media initiatives as directed by the CEO, including planning social media calendar, assisting with content creation, and engaging with followers
- Creating marketing materials on Canva
- Conducting research on behalf of the CEO
- Organizing the manager’s personal & professional commitments including, but not limited to travel, childcare, groceries, etc
- Will be required to run errands (must have reliable vehicle)
- Fulfill additional tasks as needed, and as assigned by senior management
**Previous administrative experience (or other relevant experience) is required.**

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
