**Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, including proper coding and approval
- Prepare payment requests and process vendor payments timely and accurately
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve any payment or invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:
Associa is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk with the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accounting education an asset
- Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
