We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Toronto Truck Driving School/ TTDS Franchising.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the marketing, promotion and and administrative operations of our multiple locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.

**Duties**:

- Create and manage social media and various marketing efforts across locations and different regions in Ontario.
- File and organize documents both electronically and physically.
- Ensure compliance elements per our regulating ministry across locations.
- Visit locations to conduct internal audits to maintain quality control on a monthly basis.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, assist with data entry and record keeping

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with marketing/ social media campaigning
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
