**Summary**:The Site Administrator is primarily responsible for the administration of the assigned property. The Site Administrator is to provide both existing and potentially new residents with an impeccable level of customer service through processes established by Greenwin Corp.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the site staff and Manager, Residential Operations
- Rectify any tenant issues that may arise and escalate as required
- Maintain accurate database with rent collection
- Manage purchase orders - create, receive and ensure accuracy
- Carry out other duties and/or procedures related to the marketing, rental and administration of suites as may be assigned from time to time
- Maintain an orderly office area
- Professionally and courteously handle all telephone and ‘walk-in’ enquiries from residents
- Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations which will include all forms of communications with the residents
- Communicate with the Manager, Residential Operations team members and site staff on an ongoing basis
- As part of the overall team, maintain goodwill of customer during service period and promote the organization to existing and potential customers
- Work with the team to recommend modifications for service improvement
- Assist team in assessing service performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent tenant relations within the assigned property

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma in Business Administration
- Knowledge of the rental/leasing industry (one year experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
- Patient and understanding with residents
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
