Are you an administrator with experience working in a small business? Do you thrive in a varied, fast paced environment? We are seeking an experienced administrator to work on premises full time at our South Etobicoke location (within walking distance from Kipling/Islington subway stops).

The working hours are from Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. This role is suitable for Canada-based applicants only who are located within a short commute to our offices in South Etobicoke. _This is not a work-from-home or hybrid position._

- This position will encompass the administrative tasks of our manufacturing, wholesale, and retail divisions._

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Online order administration (amends, returns, exchanges, postal investigations).
- Data entry (CRM, POS).
- Administrative aspects of the customer experience from onboarding to invoicing and payment.
- After sales administration (processing warranties, product clinics).
- Other administrative tasks to support the company.

**Experience (5 years minimum)**
- Data Entry
- Excel
- Accounts Receivables
- Customer Service
- MAC platform an asset

**Skill Set Required**
- Process driven work ethic with attention to detail, diligent, organized, and resourceful.
- Excels in a small team environment juggling multiple varied tasks.
- Outstanding English language skills in verbal and written form.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
