**Administrative Staff**

We are looking for **Administrative Staff** for our client located in **Etobicoke, ON**. The company is into the business of Air Conditioning Contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Simply accounting program
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

**Location**: Etobicoke

**Working Hours**: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $18/hr to $22/hr (depending upon experience)

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Etobicoke, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
