Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Make invoices correctly with identify the code
- Issue credit note with verify details
- Enter receipt in the QuickBooks
- Contact clients on overdue invoices
- Receive the phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Filling
- Assist in any occasional task that may be needed.
**Qualifications**
- Strong front desk and customer service skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks & MS Office

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
