**We are looking for a person who is detailed oriented, has experience with light accounting and book keeping, great organizational skills, Responsible and reliable.**

**Responsibilities**:

- General bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Data entry
- Various types of administrative tasks
- Accounts receivable and payable

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual French English is a must
- Experienced with QuickBooks
- Proficient PC skills / Microsoft Office and Excel etc
- Able to listen and communicate effectively

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
