Bilingual Receptionist and Customer Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Provide customer support and technical guidance for our products.

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is an asset.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
