Receptionist/Bookkeeper

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, managing appointments, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and orderings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and record keeping
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bookkeeping is a plus
