We are seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our firm. The Receptionist will manage the front desk, greet clients, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. **Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage front office operations, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized
- Handle mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room availability
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as organizing invoices or client files (if required)
- Support the administrative team with ad hoc tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative functions, with attention to detail being crucial.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in managing office operations effectively.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
- Chinese readling and speaking is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
