Marmon Industrial Water’s **Aftermarket Equipment Parts & Services** team is currently seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to communicate with our customers and identify new business opportunities while responding to requests for all parts and/or services related to industrial water treatment systems for our global customer base. Training will be provided.

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely quotations to customers on our complete product line of parts/services.
- Provide high quality customer service and present information to customer requests in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Act as a technical consultant to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build long term customer relationships through regular communication.
- Generate sales leads, follow up on quotations and finalize orders. - Utilize and maintain our customer database to manage and support all sales efforts.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.

**Qualifications, Skills, Competencies**:

- University or College Degree with a technical or business focus is preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales and/or business development role.
- Desire to learn about industrial water treatment equipment.
- Understanding and ability to interpret engineered drawings is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- A promising high achiever and highly motivated.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on multifaceted tasks and projects.
- Strong ability to learn independently and through job specific training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
