Medical Receptionist/office Administrator

We are seeking to fill a part-/full-time Receptionist / Office Administrator position. With potential of full-time role in the near future, this is a great opportunity for someone to grow with our clinic team

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- greeting patients and creating a positive, engaging atmosphere
- collecting payments, booking appointments, and other general office duties
- managing patient flow and health provider schedule
- answering a multi-line phone system
- verify patient insurance information
- assisting the health care providers in patient care, when necessary
- office cleanliness and organization, including laundry
- assistance with social media and marketing projects

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous clinic or customer service experience** is an asset but not required
- A degree in the field of Kinesiology is preferred, not required
- Training will be provided on any aspects of the clinic which you are not familiar with
- Familiarity with **JaneApp** an asset
- Required: MS Word and Excel use

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- health care clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- using Jane software or Universal: 1 year (preferred)
