**About The Opportunity**:
Working as an integral part of the Ta na wa Shéway i7x̱ w ta Úxwumixw - Squamish Valley Operations Department, reporting directly to the Manager of the Squamish Valley Community Operations Division, the Bookings and Admin Coordinator acts as the administrative support for the SV Comm Ops Team, primarily focusing on Bookings of Events for the Totem Hall; additionally, providing administrative support to the SV Community Operations Team. It is the key “point of contact” for internal and external events and bookings at the Totem Hall. This position provides critical communication and scheduling links between renters, Totem Hall Staff, and Staff of external departments. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the administrative needs of the SV Comm Ops division, primarily relating to bookings of the Totem Hall. This position requires a high level of administrative and office/time management skills to meet the diverse administrative needs. Thorough knowledge of facility rental and recreation policies, practices and protocols is required.

***Salary**: $ 52,522 - $ 58231 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits program
