- Minimum of 5 years' experience with transport Administration
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional, accommodating, enthusiastic, and supportive demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced group environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Functional working knowledge of Courier Software Systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Lead, Coach, and Develop the Administrative and Customer Service staff at the Charlottetown Terminal
- Conduct ongoing performance management to ensure office productivity and customer service standards are met
- Ensure Superior Quality Service is provided to our internal and external customers while continuing to increase employee engagement
- Schedule the office employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times
- Support and promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other managers to implement required policies and procedures accurately, and to ensure that the goals and objectives for the terminal are met
- Plan and organize training, meetings, and staff functions
- All other duties as assigned
