**The Role**
In addition to customer interaction, you’ll handle various administrative tasks, keeping our office organized and running efficiently.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Welcome visitors with a friendly attitude and assist with inquiries.
- Listen carefully to customers’ needs and help place orders for fuel products.
- Manage high call volumes using our computer system and process payments accurately.
- Promote our programs, payment plans, and special offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies.
- Support team members with administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, and preparing documents.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, helping wherever needed.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- **Customer Service Champion**: You have at least one year of experience in an office setting and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
- **Communication Pro**: Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, and you know how to keep conversations professional yet friendly.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting your coworkers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You’re comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and can easily handle high call volumes.
- **Multitasking Master**: You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized, even on busy days.
- **Self-Starter**: You can take on complex tasks independently with mínimal supervision.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus; having worked in hospitality is a bonus.
- **Eligibility**: You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
