**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and calls, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the executive's schedule, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assembling tax returns and year end reporting packages
- Scanning, copying, and archiving documents to a virtual filing system
- Coordinate meetings, events
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office space is neat and presentable.
- Support various administrative tasks and contribute to a smooth office operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Sage 50, Quickbooks, and Caseware Working Papers would be an asset
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Extended hours during personal tax season and occasionally as the volume of work and deadlines require
