We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be a critical support role for the President and the organization. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the President to provide administrative support including reception, corporate communications and office management.

The incumbent will build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the organization and will report directly to the President.

- President support and administrative duties
- Reception and office management

**What you will do**:

- Schedule management and coordination
- Arrange dinners and functions
- Travel coordination and planning
- Various projects and assignments as requested
- Pull and organize sales reports as needed

**Reception and office management**:

- Sort and distribute company mail
- Order office supplies
- Food orders for sales team
- Organizing company events
- Distribute company memos and other communications
- Assist with recruiting (posting a job, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Manage reception area
- Managing vendor relationship (cleaners, vending, landscaping)
- General office management and duties as required

**Experience**:

- 5 + years’ experience in an office administration role
- Post secondary degree an asset
- Prior experience collaborating with a variety of roles across departments
- Superior communicator, with the ability to utilize a variety of methods; always professional, courteous, and timely
- Intermediate Microsoft Office capabilities

- Office Administration and Support: 5 years

**Language**:

- Communicate effectively in English

**Salary**: $1.00 per year
