Toronto, Canada Vretta Inc. Full time

Vretta is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with scrum experience and excellent organizational skills to join our Project Management team. This is a position requiring a client-first attitude and creative problem solving ability. The Project Coordinator should have the attitude and energy to ensure that our partners and staff feel accomplished.

**Responsibilities**
- Create, update, and keep track of project plans, tasks, and milestones according to agile/scrum methodology
- Coordinate with project team members on a daily basis to communicate tasks and establish thorough understanding of the project in order to ensure efficient performance.
- Coordinate with external project stakeholders on a periodic basis to ensure that they are fully aware of the project details, updated on the progress, and always have work to do as per the project plan
- Maintain a strong relationship with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure that team members know their respective roles, have a sense of project ownership, processes are followed, and teams are self-managed.
- Organize daily technology and project stand-ups with relevant teams of the project.
- Organize meetings with key internal project stakeholders as well as functional heads to provide updates on project progress.
- Create and maintain meeting minutes, periodic updates, etc. as per project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Able to exercise good judgment in fast-paced high-pressure work environments, sometimes with competing priorities.
- Experience with agile frameworks (i.e., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand process roadblocks and challenges.
- Flexibility and the ability of taking initiatives along with possessing excellent organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, personable and able to work with a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education

**Nice To Have**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a bonus.
- Experience working with GitLab and MS Project is a bonus.
- Bilingual (English and French) is a bonus.
