Sales, Distribution, and Head Office

**Job description**:
Demonstrating a high level of work organization and work structure, the office admin assures all standards established by head office are followed in administrative tasks and documents of the whole store.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Month end reconciliation.
- Working closely with the Store manager to complete managerial reporting.
- Corresponding daily with Head Office.
- Monitor and Order store use supplies.
- Draft first staff schedule for manager. Submit staff overtime sheets.
- Help co-ordinate staff events and store events.
- Work closely with Head Cashier for any issues arising with any invoicing errors and incomplete paperwork.
- Will need to learn basic till to assist if needed.
- Handling payments by cash, cheque, credit card, e transfer or direct deposit.
- Using scanner, cash registers, POS and computers.
- Giving receipts, refunds, credits and assisting customers.
- Stay up to date in promotions.
- Sales oriented, he has the ability to develop relationship with customers.
- Easy to work with and collaborative with head office and other stores to facilitate efficient communication.
- Audit company standards to assure procedures conformity in transactions.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of office administrative management.
- Experience in the tool industry or other industry related to tooling will be consider as an asset.
- Must have the ability to work in an organized manner, have a work ethic where judgment, logical reasoning and initiative are advocated and used daily.
- Must have a vast customer service experience.
- Must be able to adapt to changes, delays and unforeseen events in a positive and professional manner.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
