**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Assist with coordinating corporate travel
- Support human resources functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate the logistics for Trade Shows
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate vendor management, including ordering supplies and scheduling maintenance services
- Work with the Head Office Finance Department to manage AR and AP

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Portuguese is an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
