**Position Summary**:
The Dental Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role involves managing staff, optimizing schedules, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and patient records management.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and support front office staff, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a positive team culture.
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and implement staff development initiatives.
- Coordinate staff schedules to optimize productivity and ensure adequate coverage.

**3. Patient Experience**:

- Enhance the patient journey by overseeing scheduling, check-ins, and resolving any concerns.
- Ensure patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and handled with confidentiality.
- Monitor patient feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.

**4. Financial Oversight**:

- Manage billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Track practice revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing regular financial reports to the dentist/practice owner.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising patient care quality.

**5. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the practice adheres to healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for compliance audits and licensing requirements.
- Stay informed about updates in dental industry standards and regulations.

**6. Marketing and Growth**:

- Collaborate with the dentist/practice owner on marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
- Manage social media, local advertising, and community outreach efforts.
- Monitor patient retention and new patient acquisition metrics to drive growth.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in dental office management.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Abledent preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice.

Requires flexibility and adaptability to handle occasional emergencies or patient concerns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
