Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize office files both physically and electronically.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading documents
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

**Tasks**:

- Transcribe paperwork from field to digital format.
- Maintain digital file library.
- Serve as a partner to the operations team to assist in daily functions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient with basic office tasks such as typing and data entry
- Knowledge of Jonas and Bid2win is preferred.
