**Duties**
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Spire for financial tracking, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events to enhance team collaboration.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain phone etiquette while handling incoming calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Provide guidance and support as needed to foster a positive work environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong skills in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with staff and vendors.
- Experience in budgeting and vendor management will be considered a plus.
- Proficient in clerical duties with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
