**Are you a bright, driven, and service-oriented individual looking to contribute to a fast-growing team? We’re seeking a dedicated Front Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in helping us streamline operations and support growth efforts across the organization.**

**Job Type**:

- Temporary /6 months/, Full-time

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provides reception duties, including answering phones, being the first point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to internal and external queries and replying to routine correspondence
- Orders office supplies, processes mailing, and executes record management.
- Accurately performs data entry for bookkeeping and payroll
- Responsible for providing confidential administrative support through monitoring and assisting with Outlook, including handling calendars, scheduling meetings and proactively addressing any conflicts.

**Your competencies to bring / Qualifications**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Post-secondary education in accounting or office administration (diploma or bachelor’s degree)
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping and office administration preferred.
- Strong data entry and technology capabilities
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
