Regional Sales Manager

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
A qualified Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of inside and outside sales representatives. This individual will provide regular coaching and timely feedback to achieve departmental sales goals and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Manage 5-7 inside and outside sales representatives in an assigned region
- Monitor calls to provide coaching and mentoring to increase sales
- Assist in sales conversations and provide on-call support to ensure successful account acquisition
- Direct and distribute new leads equally and according to correct region
- Hire, train, develop, mentor and motivate a sales team to be successful within the assigned region
- Complete monthly one on one meetings to maximize employee performance and drive sales goals to meet KPI’s
- Demonstrate expert sales tactics and customer relationship management
- Participate in manager meetings to collaborate and share best practices with the team
- Support the field team with scheduling, pricing and negotiation, and completion of sale
- Manage daily activities such as: call logs, customer calls, pending deals, closed deals and deals lost
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Administrator and Field Sales Representatives regarding sales contracts
- Monitor employee metrics and implement performance management strategies
- Oversee appointments scheduled for the Field Sales Representatives
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- Support National Sales Manager and perform other duties as required
- Occasional travel is required to support Field employees

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual in English and French
- Secondary school diploma and relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in medical sales, call centre environments or a related field
- Knowledge of Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook and Windows
- Proven success in managing a sales team or territory
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Clear criminal background, clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license

- Diriger et distribuer les nouveaux prospects de manière égale et selon la bonne région
- Embaucher, former, développer, encadrer et motiver une équipe de vente pour réussir dans la région assignée
- Organiser des réunions mensuelles individuelles pour maximiser les performances des employés et atteindre les objectifs de vente afin d'atteindre les KPI
- Démontrer des tactiques de vente expertes et une gestion de la relation client
- Participer aux réunions de gestionnaires pour collaborer et partager les meilleures pratiques avec l'équipe
- Soutenir l'équipe de terrain avec la planification, la tarification et la négociation, et la conclusion de la vente
- Gérer les activités quotidiennes telles que : les journaux d'appels, les appels des clients, les transactions en attente, les transactions conclues et les transactions perdues
- Agir en tant que liaison entre l'administrateur des ventes et les représentants des ventes sur le terrain en ce qui concerne les contrats de vente
- Surveiller les mesures des employés et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion du rendement
- Superviser les rendez-vous planifiés pour les représentants des ventes sur le terrain
- Aider à résoudre les plaintes des clients
- Soutenir le directeur national des ventes et effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin
- Des déplacements occasionnels sont nécessaires pour soutenir les employés sur le terrain
